Here at RAYMANCINI ACADEMY we have derived a comprehensive course structure that is specifically designed for individuals to develop the required skills and knowledge to lead a team of employees to work effectively under strict working deadlines.
This course will also provide individuals with the opportunity to lead by example and encourage others to assume responsibility for their own work performance. Individuals will also have the opportunity to gain the required knowledge and understanding about monitoring the overall work performance of a team and identifying individual skill set deficiencies.

Option 1 – Study online
Study in the convenience of your own home with an interactive e-learning platform. This course generally takes 12 months to complete.
We do recognize that some students learn and grasp content differently and therefore we provide an option for students to complete this course before 12 months.
Option 2 – Study at the RAYMANCINI ACADEMY
Students may also complete this course at the RAYMANCINI ACADEMY.
PREREQUISITES
There are no prerequisite units required for this course, however students are expected to have basic literacy and numeracy skills equivalent to year 11 standard.
