CIT – FIREARMS ENDORSEMENT
Under Section 24 of the Security and Related Activities (Control) Act 1996 provides for a security officer’s licence to be endorsed for carriage of a firearm while escorting money or articles of value, or for standing guard at an automatic teller machine while it is malfunctioning or is being repaired or serviced.
CONCEALED CARRY
Obtain a solid foundation of defensive handgun skills and techniques for concealed carry and personal defence in this course. This class is for law enforcement agencies and individuals in the private security industry who intend to carry a concealed defensive pistol and are seeking handgun skills for self-defence in their everyday environment.
DEFENSIVE TACTICAL HANDGUN – L2
This Defensive Tactical Handgun – L2 course focuses on enhancement of basic shooting fundamentals and defensive tactics skills with the handgun.
DEFENSIVE TACTICAL HANDGUN – L3
This Defensive Tactical Handgun – L3 course focuses on enhancement of basic shooting fundamentals and defensive tactics skills with the handgun.
DEFENSIVE TACTICAL HANDGUN-L1
course focuses on enhancement of basic shooting fundamentals and defensive tactics skills with the semi-automatic pistol.
FIREARMS INSTRUCTOR
This program trains participants to instruct others in the operational use of revolver and semi-automatic handguns. Theory content covers firearms safety, liabilities and responsibilities, mechanical operations, ballistic theory, equipment, fundamentals of survival shooting, maintenance, first aid and post crisis trauma and documenting use of force incidents
