BLEEDSOLV HAEMOSTATIC DRESSING 5x5cm – Box of 12, utilised to control bleeding
Through the process of coagulation, this dressing stops bleeding at the wound site. The gauze placed on wound site allows the body to build up clotting factors, thus stopping the bleed. It then breaks down into carbohydrates and saline, natural ingredients located in the human body.
No complex training is required for the use of this wound dressing. This product is highly compact, easy to use, and is beneficial as part of First Aid treatment. Highly versatile as a medical treatment in high- risk, emergency situations, as well as sporting and recreational events.
This form of dressing is also suitable for individuals with the following conditions:
- Haemophilia A
- Haemophilia B
- Haemophilia C
- Von Willebrand’s disease
- Thrombcytopenia
